Qualifications:

- Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
- Minimum Age Required: 23
- DUI Accepted: Yes, if not within last 5 years.
- Felony Accepted: Yes, if not within last 10 years
- Maximum Moving Violations: No more than 4 in
last 3 years
- Maximum Accidents: No more than 3 in last 3
years
HazMat Endorsement Required: No

General Information
Owner Operators / Lease Purchase
- .91cpm effective Jan 1st.
- Koch Companies has interest in people becoming owner/operators. For more information about this exciting new opportunity call 1-800-625-5292.
- Current fuel surcharge.... .31 cpm
- $50 stop pay
- Free base plate after 1st year
- $66 per hour shop rate
- All tolls,permits,& scale fees paid.
- No Lease Payments first 3 weeks of new lease
Company Drivers
- Equipment: Koch leads the industry in providing state-of-the-art equipment to the best drivers driving today.
- Late model Volvo tractors equipped with air ride cabs, air ride suspensions, large Cummins motors to do the job
- Qualcomm communication equipment
- 53' air ride dry vans and flat beds
- .32cpm to .38cpm to start plus .01cpm annual increase
- $30 per stop
- $300 per month performance / safety bonus
- 80%-85% Drop and hook freight
