Millis Training Institute

- We have three CDL Training Schools available in Trenton, OH., Cartersville, GA., and Richfield, WI.
- Total cost to you the applicant is only $500.00
- Total cost of schooling is $2500.00
- Experienced instructors will provide the best possible training needed to become successful as a professional
- Most Classes will consist of 6 students per class, this will give you high quality training in a small class
- Trainee pay weeks 1-3: $500 a week
- Trainee pay weeks 4 & 5: $550 a week
- Trainee pay week 6+: $600 a week
- Motels for students not paid for by Millis. We will front the initial stay, but once students start getting paid, they will get $10 per week deducted until motel bill is paid.

- Minimum Experience Required: None
- Minimum Age Required: 21
- DUI Accepted: Yes, if not within last 5 years.
- Felony Accepted: Yes, if not within last 1 year
- Maximum Moving Violations: No more than 3 in
last 3 years
- Maximum Accidents: No more than 2 in last 3
years
HazMat Endorsement Required: No

- Trainer Pay: All miles the truck runs at trainer's regular mile rate plus 7 cpm
