General Information
Great Pay Package for Recent Graduates
- 1st month: $.22 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 2nd - 3rd month: $.26 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 4th - 6th month: $.30 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 7th - 12th month: $.33 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
Experienced Driver Pay
- 1 year experience: $.33 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 13 - 18 months: $.34 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 19 - 24 months: $.36 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 25 - 30 months: $.38 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 31 - 42 months: $.39 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 43 - 54 months: $.40 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 55 - 72 months: $.41 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
- 73 + months: $.43 cpm SMP (Split Miles)
Tuition Paid Training w/ 8 month contract
- 1st month: $50/Day flat pay while assigned to a tractor
- 2-3 months: $0.22
- 4-6 months: $0.24
- 7-12 months: $0.33
- At the 13th month, Drivers fall into the Experienced Driver Pay Package
Bonus and Other Pay Information
- Breakdown Pay: $40 for each 24 hrs.
- Loading/ Unloading: $1.50/1000 lbs., or a minimum of $40 split between drivers
- Extra Pickups/ Drops: $15 for 2nd and subsequent
- Layover Pay: $40 for each 24 hrs.
