Pay Rates for Solos
- Solo pay rate for company drivers with at least 1-year of driving experience is as follows:
- Fair Pay sliding pay scale based on length of haul
- Up to 5 years credit for prior experience
- Annual pay increases
- Earn up to $0.445!
- Per diem pay package
Pay Rates for Teams
- Fair Pay sliding pay scale based on length of haul
- Up to 5 years credit for prior experience
- Annual pay increases
- Earn up to $0.475!
- Per diem pay package
