- 6 months to 35 months experience: 31cpm
- 36 months experience: 32cpm
- 24 months @ previous carrier (w/3yrs exp): 33cpm

Owner Operators
- Celadon has one of the best owner-operator packages in the industry. We do not promise high rates of pay only to take it away in other costs that are charged to the owner. It is a no-nonsense, easy-to-understand package.
- 90cpm + fuel surcharge. Fuel surcharge varies by DOE Nationwide Avg.
- NYC: $150 congestion pay
