Mabelvale, AR - CalArk International Inc. recently opened its newest terminal in
Taylor
,
MI
, approximately 18 miles southwest of
Detroit
.
The new terminal’s main function is to handle loads in and out of
Canada
, ensuring they are cleared for entry and/or exit. Presently, four shuttle drivers use the terminal as a home base, running in and out of
Canada
daily.

The terminal provides a paved parking lot with approximately 40 spaces for empty and loaded trailers. There are also docks for off loading, if needed.
CalArks’ new terminal will provide drivers access to shower facilities, coffee pot, microwave, parking spaces for personal vehicles and general information. The terminal expects a lot of growth due to the services being offered to local and Canadian businesses.
