COMPANY DRIVERS

Sign-On Bonus of $500.00 for Qualified Solo Drivers

• After completing the first dispatch

Trainers earn an additional $0.23 for all miles when training, plus a potential $500 bonus 

The average annual CFI trucking salary for solo drivers is $64,000, and for team drivers, it is $121,703 (per team). The CFI trucking pay scale includes base pay, safety bonuses, and productivity bonuses.

OWNER-OPERATORS

Contracted Bonus paid up to $2,000.00
$1,000.00 after completing the first dispatch, and $1,000.00 at 90 days

CFI is looking for experienced owner-operators — independent solos and teams.

The average annual solo owner's 1099 income is $155,916, and the average annual team owner's 1099 income is $221,162 (per team).

$1.18 per mile.

Solo owner operators will receive a $0.03 per mile bonus on all miles in excess of 11,000 miles driven in a month. Owner-operator teams will earn $0.08 per mile on all miles in excess of 18,000 miles driven (cumulatively by the team) in a month.

HAZMAT bonus: Earn an extra $0.06 per mile while carrying placarded HAZMAT loads.

Layovers: After 24 hours, earn $125 per 24 hours of layover time.
