How does a guaranteed paycheck sound? This shorthaul division is on a salary base so you don't need to worry about earning miles or if your income will be enough. Enjoy running closer to home through Ohio, Indiana, southern Michigan, and just west of US-219 in New York and Pennsylvania.

Average Miles: 2,200 per week
Home Time: Every weekend
Pay Scales: Guaranteed minimum salary of $1,000 per week ($1,025 with hazmat) - If the miles you drive in a week calculate to more than the salary, you'll be paid the higher amount!

• Annual Safety Bonus: equates to 1¢ - 3¢ per mile for every mile you drove the year prior
• Referral Bonus: $1000 per hire
