Company Driver Pay & Benefits

Weekly GUARANTEED dedicated regional and dedicated OTR company drivers are paid a minimum of $1,800-$2,000 per week.  We now pay .70CPM - .80CPM for all miles for company dedicated drivers, and hourly rates have increased to $28 - $32 per hour depending on the market.

We now pay $.56 -$.60 per mile for all miles for terminal-based regional and OTR drivers.

In addition to the hourly and mileage pay, the following are also paid to company drivers :

• Loading and unloading pay
• $100 for clean DOT inspections
• Detention pay (paid at your full hourly rate)
• Holiday pay
• Tank wash pay
• Breakdown pay
• Layover pay 
• Border crossing pay for trips to Canada (volunteers only)
• Referral pay
• Safety pay

Owner Operator Pay & benefits

Owner Operator pay - 65% of linehaul + 100% of Fuel Surcharge

Owner operators are paid 65% of the linehaul revenue and 100% of the fuel surcharge. Owner operators revenue can exceed $300,000 annually.

What You’ll Need:

• Truck Requirements – 2004 or newer, pump and compressor installed, must pass inspection.
• Experience Matters – Tanker experience is preferred, but at minimum, you’ll need a compressor installed (both pump and compressor is ideal).
• Driver Requirements – At least 2 years of Class A experience with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements, plus a clean MVR and CSA score.
