Over the Road CDL Team Lane

Hire Impact Recruiting is looking for Class A CDL Team Drivers to run FedEx Custom Critical team lanes with the truck parked in Dallas, TX. This is a high-mileage team position with consistent freight, weekly minimum pay, and scheduled home time.

Solo drivers willing to team are welcome — we can help pair you with a co-driver.

Position Details:

• Truck will be parked in Dallas, TX
• FedEx Custom Critical Team Lanes
• 3–4 Weeks Out / 1 Week Home
• 3,500 – 5,500 Miles Per Week
• $1,750 Minimum Weekly Per Driver
• $0.90 CPM Split After 3,500 Miles
• $1,750 – $2,500+ Per Week Per Driver
• Paid Weekly – Direct Deposit
• Drop & Hook – No Touch Freight
• Automatic Sleeper Trucks
• Consistent Miles Year-Round

CDL A Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (or willing to obtain)
• Clean MVR
• Must pass background check and drug test
• No SAP drivers
• Must be 21 years or older
