Class-A CDL | OTR Reefer | Team Drivers

Location: Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, New Jersey 

Hiring OTR CDL Team Drivers – 90 CPM | $4K Weekly Guaranteed Pay  

Position Details:

• Team driving (reefer freight)
• 6,000+ miles per week (guaranteed for teams)
• OTR routes across the Midwest, East Coast, South, and North regions
• Schedule: 4 weeks on the road, 1 week home

Compensation & Benefits:

• $0.90 per mile (based on experience)
• Weekly pay (reliable and on time)
• Layover and detention pay
• $750 clean DOT inspection bonus
• $1000 driver referral bonus
• Company-paid travel/transportation to join

Equipment:

• Late-model trucks: Volvo, Freightliner, and Kenworth T680
• Fully equipped with a refrigerator, an inverter, a microwave, and a clean mattress
• Trucks governed at 72 MPH
• Access to the company shop and secure parking in Minooka, IL
• 24/7 dispatch and breakdown support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A license and current medical card
• Ability to stay on the road for 4 weeks at a time
• No SAP program drivers
• Accident history must include police report (if applicable)
