Company OTR DRIVER Pay & Benefits

Minimum 7-10 Days Out / 2-3 Days Home

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Starting Rates:

3 years experience: $.67 CPM

3 to 5 years experience: $.68 CPM

6 to 10 years experience: $.69 CPM

.03 CPM “Additional Bonus Miles” on all miles

All miles paid (loaded and empty)

Some of the Additional Pay:

• Additional pickup or delivery - $50 (after the first primary pickup and/or delivery)
• Detention - $26 per hour. Driver will be compensated for detention time after two (2) hours from the scheduled appointment.
• Layover - $200
• Reset - $150
• Advances - $200 per week.
• Clean DOT Inspection - $50/$100
• Orientation - Company pays $200 per day (Lunch will be provided)
• Employee Referral - $2,000

Drivers average $95,000-$115,000 yearly.

DRIVER BENEFITS:
