BEFORE YOU APPLY

Samsara: Dual-facing camera required while driving. Inward camera may be turned off when parked or off duty.

Deposit: $2,500 refundable. $250 deducted from your first 10 settlements. Returned 45 days after leaving, subject to final settlement and company obligations.

Violations: $250 per DOT violation point. First violation: charged. Second: charged + contract termination.

Weekly PTI video: one pre-trip inspection video per week.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years CDL-A OTR experience
• 2020 or newer truck
• Meet company/insurance MVR & PSP requirements
• No unresolved DOT SAP program
• Max 1 DOT-preventable accident in 3 years
• Max 1 major moving violation in 3 years
• Samsara camera required
