PAY

All mileage pay is PER TRUCK, not per driver. The team splits the pay.

We make this clear up front because it is usually the first question teams ask.

$0.90/mile base — loaded AND empty.

Earn up to +$0.10/mile in performance pay:

• Daily PTI — +$0.03

• Safe driving — +$0.03

• On-time pickup/delivery — +$0.02

• Home-time & dispatch cooperation — +$0.02

AT 7,000 MILES/WEEK

$6,300/week base per truck
Up to $7,000/week per truck with full performance pay

The team splits the truck's total pay.

Settlement: Sunday–Saturday
Statement: Wednesday
Direct Deposit: Thursday

HOME TIME

Option 1:
4 weeks OTR → up to 4 days home

Option 2:
3 weeks OTR → up to 3 days home

The 3-week rotation does not qualify for the home-time performance bonus, so total pay tops out at $0.98/mile instead of $1.00/mile.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

Four policies that do not change. Better you know them now.

1. 1099

Company equipment, fuel, tolls and repairs are provided.

This is not owner-operator or lease purchase.

You are responsible for your own taxes. No health insurance or 401(k).

2. SAMSARA CAMERA

Every truck has a dual-facing Samsara camera.

Both cameras stay active while driving.

The inward-facing camera may be turned off when parked.

Footage may also support disputed incidents or DataQs challenges when appropriate.

3. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

$2,500 refundable deposit per truck — $1,250 per driver.

Nothing upfront.

Only $125 is withheld from each driver's first 10 settlements.

The deposit is returned within 45 days after you leave, once company property is returned and the final settlement is closed.

4. VIOLATIONS

$250 per DOT violation point.

If the violation was caused by a properly reported equipment defect that the company had not repaired, the charge stays with us.

First violation: Charged
Second violation: Charged + contract ends

We are strict about safety.

In return, we provide the truck, fuel, maintenance, freight and 24/7 support so the team can focus on driving safely and making miles.

REQUIREMENTS

Each driver must individually meet all requirements:

• Age min 23 years old and max 55 years old

• Valid CDL-A

• 2+ years verifiable CDL-A OTR experience

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to communicate in English as required for commercial driving

• Meet company/insurance MVR & PSP requirements

• No unresolved DOT SAP program

Both drivers must qualify individually.

If one driver does not pass MVR, PSP or insurance review, the team cannot be approved.

MVR, PSP & SAP

We review MVR and PSP before approval.

We will ask:

“When we check your MVR and PSP, what will we find? Please tell us now.”

Something on your record does not automatically disqualify you.

Eligibility depends on the type of violation, age, severity and insurance requirements.

What creates a problem is discovering something on the report that was not disclosed beforehand.

Completed SAP?

We require completion documentation.

“Almost finished” is not finished.

FAIR CHANCE

A criminal record does not automatically disqualify you.

Driving history, MVR, PSP and insurance eligibility are reviewed separately.
