We are seeking professional drivers with 2-3 years’ experience and a strong safety record who want to join an elite fleet with great pay, great trucks, and a home-to-home schedule.  A place where you will be treated with the respect you deserve!

Ivy Cold has grown from 2 trucks to 25 trucks over the past 5 years, with contract customers who value quality carriers.  We are committed to safety and adhering to FMCSA regulations.  We have grown largely because of our drivers and their commitment to safety and customer service.  Our customers have noticed and continue to look to us to expand with dedicated lanes.

We focus on Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas.  We run almost exclusively reefer loads and currently operate many drop-trailer lanes.  We have 2.5 trailers for each tractor.

W-2 Drivers can make $78-90K depending on their home time requirements.

1099 Drivers can make over $100,000.

We run freight 7 days a week.
