• Kansas City, MO
• St. Louis, MO
• Springfield, MO
• Springfield, IL
• Lincoln, NE
• Wichita, KS
• Sioux City, IA
• Omaha, NE
• Des Moines, IA
• Iowa City, IA

Details include:

• Home weekly for 34 (no set days)
• Avg. $70,000 annually
• 1,600-1,800 miles weekly
