Trucking Company Overview:

LEASE OPTION:
Peterbilt 579 Ultra-loft Epic Edition with:

FIXED LEASE:

Term: 3.5-year lease from the truck's in-service date.

Truck payment is $950.00 per week.

The weekly fixed cost is $230.00.

Maintenance Fee: 0.10¢ per mile.

No Down Payment.

No Credit Check.

$5,000 Sign on bonus.

Christenson pays ALL MAINTENANCE for the entire term of the lease.

4-year, 600,000-mile EW4 factory warranty on engine, after treatment, and chassis.

Basic Compensation:
Starting Base pay is $1.25 per mile on all loaded miles. Fuel
Surcharge paid on all loaded miles.

Deadhead pays $1.25 per mile on empty miles after the first
50 miles. No Fuel Surcharge paid on empty miles

Additional Compensation:
Orientation Pay for attending $250.00 + Travel Expenses
(rental car + Hotel)

Layover Pay of $250.00 Per night

Extra Pick-up or Drop pay of $65.00

Detention Pay of $40.00 per hour - Begins 2 hours after
correctly reporting on time arrival for appointment

Referral Bonus of $500.00

*All lease agreements are subject to the availability of equipment.

CHRISTENSON Longevity Bonus - “STAY PAY”.
Completion of year 1 – Receive $1,000, paid out $250 quarterly & beginning on yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 2 – Receive $2,000, paid out $500 quarterly & beginning on yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 3 – Receive $3,000, paid out $750 quarterly & beginning on yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 4 – Receive $4,000, paid out $1,000 quarterly & beginning on yearly anniversary.

Completion of year 5 and above – Receive $5,000, paid out $1,250 quarterly & beginning on yearly anniversary.

NOTE: Eligibility for “Stay Pay” incentive is earned after the completion of each year of service, and is paid on the first check, or settlement following the last day of the month in which the driver’s anniversary date falls. For team trucks, the “STAY PAY” incentive is paid to the truck, not to each team member.
