Trucking Company Overview:
We pay $0.68 CPM starting off on all loaded and unloaded miles, plus $50 for any additional stops. Pay goes up after 90 days based on performance. We run all coasts (East and West), and we have a Laredo, TX crossdock as well as one here at our home terminal in Dupo, IL. We haul dry van trailers, so it is no-touch freight with general goods.
We require at least 2 weeks out on the road. Pay period is Monday to Monday with the option of 1099 or W2. Trucks are newer 2023–2026 models, including Freightliners, Volvos, etc. We do require at least 2 years of OTR experience.
We run a lot of contracted freight and have our drivers getting about 3,500 miles a week, if not more.
Equipment – newer trucks, volvos freightliners
Home time – at least two weeks on the road
Orientation process – around 6 hours
Transportation – we cover the costs for driver getting here
