We have a wide array of driving opportunities at WFR!  All positions require a Class A CDL and a valid medical card.  For each CDL position, we offer a $ 2,400 sign-on bonus as well as our inclusive benefits package.   We have a local dispatcher who will know you personally and ensure you have consistent routes each week.  Our drivers stay because they have consistent, competitive pay, strong benefits, quality equipment, and a strong network of drivers who help each other out!  

Feed Drivers

Our feed drivers deliver bulk livestock feed to producers across northeast Iowa.  These positions offer consistent routes and home every night, with hourly pay. 

Local Drivers

Local drivers haul feed products and commodities while enjoying daily home time.  These positions are paid based on a % of the load, with drivers having the potential to earn $70,000+ annually.

Regional Drivers

Our regional drivers travel through the United States, with key routes in the Carolinas, Colorado, Texas, and Wisconsin.  These drivers are our drivers during the week and home every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, with earning potential up to $105,000 annually, paid as a % of the load.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver products over distances in a safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner
• Clean trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete all necessary paperwork, maintaining records
• Complete electronic logbooks
• Put safety at the forefront, following all rules and laws

Location

We are looking for feed and local drivers near Waukon, Iowa.  Regional drivers can be based within a 250-mile radius of Waukon, Iowa, with the option to park the truck at home.
