CLASS A CDL DRIVERS WANTED
Class A CDL Drivers — Dry Van & Reefer | $0.70–$0.80 CPM
SWT LLC — Springfield / Strafford, MO
We’re hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for regional and OTR positions. We’re a small trucking company looking for dependable drivers who take safety and their equipment seriously.
PAY & MILES

Dry Van: $0.70–$0.80 per mile

Reefer: $0.70–$0.83 per mile
-
Pay based on experience, MVR, and PSP.

Approximately 2,000–3,200 miles per week, depending on freight, route, and available legal driving hours.

W-2 or 1099 options.
ROUTES & HOME TIME
-
Northeast to Midwest, including Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin
-
South and Midwest lanes
-
West Coast routes available
-
Typically out 2–3 weeks, with 2-4 days off HOME.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL

At least 4 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Acceptable MVR and PSP

Must meet DOT drug-testing requirements

Thorough pre-trip inspections, legal logs, and good communication
