We are actively partnering with experienced Owner-Operators who have a valid Class A CDL, at least 1–2 years of safe driving experience, and their own well-maintained tractor. In today’s trucking environment—where freight volumes are stabilizing after years of volatility, capacity is tightening as smaller operators exit, and operational costs remain elevated—Merx Global offers the independence you want with the consistent freight access, technology, and support infrastructure that help maximize your revenue and minimize downtime.

We are expanding opportunities for Owner-Operators seeking a long-term partnership with a stable, growing carrier that has skin in the game and a proven track record.

COMPANY DRIVERS (1099)
• Miles/Week: 2500-3000 miles
• Equipment: 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors with APU, Inverter, Fridge, Double Bunk
• Hometime: 1-3 Weeks, 2-4 days home
• 70CPM Non Hazmat
• 80CPM Hazmat

Currently $4 per mile average

Trailer

Hazmat, Reefer, Dry van, Flat bed

Compensation

• Owners make 85% of gross
• $8K+ Gross weekly (more if you're a strong runner)
• $4+ a mile weekly avg (example: last week was $4.30 a mile)
• Quick pay available for 3% more (2 days after load delivers)

Trailer Rental

• $200 (Owner responsible for Maintenance and repairs)
• $300 (We cover maintenance and repairs)

Escrow (Only applies if you rent a trailer)

$1000 Starts after 2 weeks ($100 a week for 10 weeks)

Home time

Home weekly from the Midwest, 2-3 weeks OTR anywhere else.

2 weeks preferred in general

Pay Period

Monday to Monday

Referral Bonus

$1000 for any driver you refer (Paid after referral works 90 days)
