NEW Pay Package Announced!

Company Driver and Owner-Operator pay have increased by 10% to 25%, depending on the market.

Company dedicated drivers can earn over $104,000 annually!

Owner-Operators can earn over $300,000 annually.

We now pay $ 0.56-$ 0.60 per mile for all miles for terminal-based regional and OTR drivers.

In addition to the hourly and mileage pay, the following are also paid to company drivers :

• Loading and unloading pay

• $100 for clean DOT inspections

• Detention pay (paid at your full hourly rate)

• Holiday pay

• Tank wash pay

• Breakdown pay

• Layover pay 

• Border crossing pay for trips to Canada (volunteers only)

• Referral pay

• Quarterly Safety Bonus

Owner Operator pay - 65% of linehaul + 100% of Fuel Surcharge

Owner-operators are paid 65% of the linehaul revenue and 100% of the fuel surcharge. Owner-operators revenue can exceed $300,000 annually.

• Company-provided fuel card, which utilizes company discounts at most fuel locations.
