A couple of weeks ago, I spent time at the 2018 Recruiting & Retention Conference in Nashville asking Driver Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and Recruiting Directors questions about how CDLjobs.com can better serve them and what we can offer to continue the evolution process of driver recruiting.
Answers varied to some extent, but the resounding response always centered around being able to reach drivers at the point of sale. In other words, “We wish we could have contact with the driver at the exact moment they’re considering whether or not to apply to us.”
