Bay & Bay Transportation just gave drivers a great reason to both join the company and stay for the long haul.

Company leadership recently announced a driver pay increase effective December 7th that will provide great reward to both current and new drivers to Bay & Bay. Experienced drivers joining the carrier will now start at up to 0.58 cents/mile, while existing company drivers’ pay has been increased by 0.04 cents/mile across the fleet. Bay & Bay also has one of the top sign and drive lease to own opportunities in trucking! Lease drivers start at 70% of the revenue on the load and new/late model equipment is available (lease trucks are governed at 75 MPH).

In addition to the higher pay per mile, Bay & Bay is offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for all company drivers joining its fleet.*

“Our drivers are the heartbeat of our organization,” said Sam Anderson, President and CEO. “We have seen over the past months how important our drivers are to keeping America open for business. It’s critical to offer a compensation package that makes this a career, not just a job.”

Known for its culture of strong values and safe working environment, Bay & Bay invites local and OTR drivers to become part of a 79-year tradition of excellence.

“Pay is just one piece of what we have to offer at Bay & Bay,” said Michael Blair, Driver Recruitment Manager. “Drivers also enjoy our state-of-the art facilities, modern equipment, and family culture. We can get you home and help make sure your family comes first.”
