Company Drivers:

  • Pay 1 year $0.31, 2 year - $0.32, 3 year - $0.33, 4 year - $0.34, 5 year - $0.35 ($0.005 CPM every 6 months up to $0.44 CPM)
  • Team Pay Mileage Split 1 year - $0.38, 2 year - $0.39, 3 year - $0.40, 4 year - $0.41, 5 year - $0.42, ($0.005 CPM every 6 months up to $0.47 CPM split)

New Student Drivers:

  • Training available Weeks 1 & 2 - $375.00, Week 3 & 4 - $400.00, Weeks 5 & 6 - $500.00
  • Pay - $0.29 CPM up to 180 days, $0.30 CPM 181 to 365 days, $0.31 CPM at 366 days.
  • Students may graduate in as little as 3 weeks. After Graduation drivers attend orientation for 3 days, and then are assigned a driver trainer for 6 weeks.

Become a Truck Driver Trainer

  • After one year experience with FFE, you can become a Truck Driver Trainer and earn extra money by training new drivers.

Company Driver LTL:

  • Pay 1 year $0.35, 2 year - $0.36, 3 year - $0.37, 4 year - $0.38 ($0.01 CPM every 12 months up to $0.38 CPM)
  • Regional LTL additional stop pay is $30.00 Line-haul LTL additional stop pay is $25.00
