- Compensation: Earn Up To $90,000 Per Year (before taxes)
- Sign-On Bonus Available
- Home Time: Weekly
CDL A Mentor Contractors
- Earn 70% load revenue, non-forced dispatch. Potential $7-$10k gross weekly/teams, $5-$7k gross weekly/mentors

Since 1955, Cedar Rapids, IA-based CRST has earned a reputation for excellent service. Herald (“Smitty”) and Miriam Smith started Cedar Rapids Steel Transport out of a refurbished chicken coop they purchased for $125. At the time, they had no trucks or customers, but Smitty convinced firms he could save them money. He contracted with owner-operators hauling livestock to Chicago and returned to the Cedar Rapids area with loads of steel instead of empty trucks.
